Orders are processed in the order they are received and typically ship within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred service, and all orders include tracking, which will be emailed to you once your package is on its way. At this time, we ship within the United States only. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete information. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated carrier timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

14 Days to Return Clothing
Clothing items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or refund. To be eligible, garments must be unworn, unwashed, free of scents, stains, pet hair, or damage, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. If an item appears worn, altered, or is missing its tags, we reserve the right to deny the return and no refund or store credit will be issued.
Refund and Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your refund or store credit. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your return has been approved and your refund or credit has been issued. If a refund to your original payment method is approved, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the funds to your account. Please note that we cannot expedite bank processing times, and any delays after we issue the refund are the responsibility of your financial institution.
